User accounts

Posting
All posts, reviews and comments must be:
- User-friendly: contain no threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene or indecent material;
- Unique and independent: you should write one review about a first-hand experience on any given business or event;
- Original: contain no substantially quoted material from other sources, including (but not limited to) websites, email correspondence, other reviews, etc.;
- Non-commercial: contain no promotional material of any kind, including self-promotional URLs. We reserve the right to reject any URL, email address or phone number for any reason and reserve the right to delete any section containing promotional material from reviews;
- Spam: not contain any spam, chain letters, or information relating to pyramid or MLM schemes;
- Not include information, text or other data which is intended to manipulate the Website’s search functions or those of a third party search engine;
- In compliance with the laws of Australia;
- Posted in the correct category;
- In English;
- Not be a duplicate of any post already made;
- Submitted with a valid email address
- Submitted with no HTML tags and no excessive ALL CAPS, slang or typographic symbols.
Monitoring of the Service
We work to keep the Service open and safe. Please report problems, offensive content and policy breaches to us using the reporting system. That being said, you accept that we are not under any obligation to monitor any data or content which is submitted to or available on the Service.
You are solely responsible for all information that you give to us and any consequences that may result from your posts.
Information posted on the Website is not a reflection of the opinions or views of Kiido.We can at our discretion refuse, delete or take down content that we think is inappropriate or breaching these Terms of Use. We also can at our discretion restrict a user’s usage of the Service either temporarily or permanently, or refuse a user’s registration. Without limiting other remedies, we may issue warnings, limit or terminate our Service, remove hosted content and take technical and legal steps to keep users off the Service if we think that they are creating problems or acting inconsistently with the letter or spirit of our policies.

Refunds
Please consider monthly subscriptions carefully as we do not offer refunds should you cancel your plan at any time during the month.
Termination
Kiido may restrict your access to the Website, refuse to correspond with you, and/or remove your personal details or details of your listed business from the relevant database without prejudice to any other accrued rights, without prior notice to you where:
There is a regulatory or statutory change limiting the ability to provide access to the Website.
Kiido considers the user of the account has violated any of the Terms outlined in this agreement.
There is any event beyond the reasonable control of Kiido preventing Kiido from providing access to the Website (for example, and without limitation, technical difficulties, capacity problems and communications failures)
Kiido considers in its sole discretion that you are abusing the Website or are otherwise acting in breach of these Terms.
Virus protection
While certain precautions have been taken to detect computer viruses and ensure security, Kiido cannot guarantee that the Website is virus-free and secure.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia. You consent to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia.
